Yahoo Messenger GD Proceedings...

Hi Mpites,
This is a review of gd conducted on OCT 1

To start of i felt this GD was not up to the mark. I mean the same points were repeated again and again. The Topic was so good that u ppl could had gone on and on on the topic. You all could have included the following things in the gd (some of them were said but not highlighted)

MBA is done by every tom, dick and harry now a days the value of the course has declined day by day mainly due to ppl want to have an additional degree they do MBA.

MBA is just shown as a glorified degree as a PG course where else it doesnt offer anything special Except a bit increase in te pay.

MBA is over rated by B schools and its mostly due to advertisements and CAT.

and many more such points now lemme give opinion on the participants

@ankush (adi tiya) he was better then others as he has done BMS he was more aware abt the topic and so did most of the alking but he stck to his own single point and didnt highlight different points.

@chella govindarajan well he was very low today the main reason - not being aware of the topic.

@prachi gupta well she also hardly spoke and whenever she spoke she couldnot put forward her point properly(she has got talent but needs to nuture it properly
)

@abhishek kumar he also repeated the same points again and again which he ahd already put forward earlier in the GD and needs to be more active in the GD

@shilpa sharma she was good tried to bring in new dimension in the gd but fail to make an impact and initiate disscussion on it(she has also got lot of talent)

To be honest the GD was mediocre but can be better as the persons involved in it are very talented just need to open up a bit

Todays winner is ankush (adi tiya) as he was better then others

one advice
Try to bring out new points in a gd it adds a variation to it brings out new dimension and avoids GD to be repetetive

Thanx dude.. i already felt that the participation of mine is very low.. i told rahul on that same nite..he too felt the same.. so wil rectify the problems soon..

First of all sorry Guys for late review was busy so cud not go thru the GD
Neways dis times GD was really good many a times better then the last one.

But it was more of a one sided GD i felt but as it is GD is disscussion and not debate.

There were newer points disscussed in the GD but all of dem concentrated MNC related India only Infact 1 person had also mentioned in GD that it is not only related to India the world perspective was missing that was the lacking point of this gd.
but it was Good in the End I saw more participation and enthu in every1 dis time around

Review Individually

@silverdrms- well i wud like to point out she made a beautiful point at the start thats it there was where her participation ended. the point she made was beautifully brought forward so i think she has potential but she didnt participate more participation required

@Prachi Gupta She spoke well but not to the point straight i feel somewhere in between the GD she was herself confused what is she saying.

@chella govindarajan My frnd u rectified ur error dis time and were more active in the GD infact u spoke also very well

@Manthan Vora well Mate u spoke well but just frm indian perspective and u were stuck at the same point Infact i should say same year 1991

@vignesh gandhiraj Hardly spoke anything and wat he spoke was also one liners so i wud comment on his performance in the next GD cos it was difficult to knw frm wat he spoke.

@visharl arjun Well dis person spoke the most i feel he was everywhere. he spoke quality and quantity also thats wats essential for a GD but dint conclude thats where he lost the battle(points).

@vcg45 he brought out some good points infact the example given by him were very good he has good chances of winning

so the winner is visharl arjun and vcg45 congrats to both of u

The GD conducted onOCT 8th

Looks like all engineers GD
Overall the GD was OK not bad not good for few reasons( I have said these many times)

Same point was been repeated again and again by some ppl

The sync btw the ppl was not good they were not compementing each other one prsn says 1 poin and it goes unheard and d next says another there shud be some link and follow up of the point and it was done but way afterwards

Guys and gals become more active put in strong points for dat i wud tell 1 prsn who spoke less but put forward strong points vcg45

@ chella govindarajan he was good in the GD he is improving every GD by GD and must say is a very active in the GD just needs to improve his skill how to put forward the point so will create more impact

@ visharl arjun he was also a very active participants and was very much upto the point and made sensible points.(contender for tonight winner)

@ Prachi Gupta she is the most regular member of GD along wit chella. she needs to improve a bit she speaks but doesnt create and impact and the points just go waste she needs to improve her communication skill a bit

@ suvdeep hmm he was nor good nor bad somewhere in the middle needs to push himself a bit

@ Rahul hmm he was also ok in the GD could not take the GD to the next level being an experienced person he was a bit out of sorts.

@vcg45 well he spoke very well but spoke very less and thats the only point where he lacked

all in all i wud declare vishal arjun as winner

Congo to him and best of luck all of u for next GD

Sorry for late Review guyz........... But our sraff was too busy in their schedule........

Here is the Review for the OnlineGD conducted on 10th October, 2008 on the topic
"Consumer satisfaction should be achieved at any cost"...........

There was again less participation. Overall, it wass ok kind of GD. Everyone repeating same points again. Lemme now give comments on each participant...

1. Ishika Sethi (ish_sethi)- She put some good points with good examples but did not support them. She talked very less and was repeating points again & again.

2. Agnes Jeuowr (agi_070687)- He started well and concluded also well. He was the only participant who carried on the discussion very well with new & new points. But he should have given more examples to support his statements.

3. Suvdeep Bagui (suvdeep)
- Suvdeep was not much active and every time was questioning others. He neither gave proper statements nor correct examples. He seems distracting others.

4. Visharl Arjun (checkout_arjun) - He started by giving Gandhiji's statement on Customers. He actively took p[art in the GD and was on the right track. And as time goes, he gave some nice examples to carry the topic well like Sony Ericcson, Aircel, etc.....

5. Aditya Tawde (adurocks2)
- He just gave 2 statements and left away. Not much active in the GD.

So Today's winner is - VISHARL ARJUN.... He gets 10 points......... Other partcipants will get 5 points.............>>>

Here's a Review on OnlineGD conducted on 14th October, 2008

TOPIC - SHOULD YOUTH BE INDULGED IN POLITICS ???

1st.....
Chella Govindarajan (rcgrvrr) - He started well with the definition of Youth. He was keep on saying that self-conscience is needed for youth to enter the politics. He was of the opinion that to make quick decisions, we needs youth but to be accurate, we needs experienced people. He given excellent conclusion. His point was not discussed much in the GD but it was valuable.

chella govindarajan (10/14/2008 10:46:10 PM): conclusion---> Youth must enter politics but they must not be raw.. they gotta be baked up in the field of experience.. they must hit the politics at root so that the whole system is getting benefited by it.. youth are required in politics for the quick decision.. but a decision cant keep the country suffer.. so the experiecne they gain at the root level(PANCHAYATI etc) wil help them take a good decision. once you take decision for a village you can take for district and so on and then for the country or state.. the requirement of youth is mainly at implementation with the giving of fresh ideas.. the youth are hence required to enter politics of INDIA right from root level and then take the country in their hands.. thats it for my conclusion..

Overall, he was fantastic in the GD..... keep on dude......

2nd.....
Siddharth aka Abhishek Vaid - He was not discussing at all. He has only 1 point that youth should be indulged in politics because they have ability of quick decision making. And he concluded with "Young and middle-aged politicians are good for the society".

He was just a good listner. He needs to be more active in the future.

3rd.....
Suvdeep Bagui (suvdeep) - Suvdeep started with process of politics and youth. He was of the opinion that decision making ability is inherent. He had good facts to explain about India's GDP growth. He concluded with "Youth and Experienced people together will do it better for the nation".

He should have given more live examples to support his statements. His conclusion also was not upto extent...as I know he can deliver much more...

4th.....
Kedar Naik (k_naik55) - He was the only participant who was against all participants' statements. According to him, experience is the important criteria in the politics, so Youth doesn't have that experience though they have knowledge & ability. In current scenario, we need experienced people like Manmohan Singh. After all he concluded with we can give chance to youth to enter politics but experienced people can not be overlooked.

He was also not much active. He needs to be more broad and precise also in the future.

5th.....
was me....but hw can i give review on myself but my performance was not satisfactory...

So overall ok kind of gd but many points repeated many times.....so just waste of time..... You guyz could talk much more on this topic as what can b disadvantages to enter politics for a student??? !!!...... etc....

So there was good competition between Chella & Suvdeep to get winner's chair.... but today's winer is - CHELLA..... because he had a good flow of statements all over gd. All others were keep saying one-liners which is big mistake in real gd. But Chella was broad and correct in putting statements. As well, his point "process of entering politics (Panchayati/District/State/National level)" was most important and precise.

CONGRATS CHELLA !!!

All the participants gets 5 points and Chella gets 10 points !!!

Guyz....Keep participating in coming gds...
