Review on the GD conducted on 17th October, 2008..........>>>

TOPIC- DELAY IN JUSTICE------WHO IS TO BE BLAMED

Chella - It seems he is improving gd by gd. He is gaining good experience from the past GDs and improved a lot.
He was not of the opinion that only govt should be blamed... people, wicked lawyers also to be blamed for delay in justice. He stressed the point of strictness in our constitution which is very less. He said..Lack of knowledge and lack of literacy are also imp points for this delay. His opinions were very supportive and strong also. He blamed more on govt only...which is d fact.
Overall, he had a good gd. Needs to give lively examples to support statements in next GDs....

Agnes – She didn’t have much new points to talk on. The points were repetitive. Her points didn’t have much weightage Most of her statements were one liners.
She was keep on saying that there are many loopholes such as corruption, bribery & bias attitude in our law & constitution. But she couldn't move GD forward.

Sunil – He was of the opinion that our constitution doesn’t have loopholes, we are ranked 2nd in constitution. He had some facts to tell about but he couldn’t explain them in clear.
He also had one good suggestion for govt to start its own media to track each and every case.
Overall, he was active in the GD but still needs to be developed in putting broad statements.

pun_not_intended - He firstly started with definition of Justice. He pointed out some reasons for delay in justice like overburdening of judges, complexity of decisions, lack of initiatives, short no. of judges, lack of intelligence, lack of evidence, etc. ... Good ability to put statements at right time. He concluded also well. Overall, Good performance. One of the contenders for winning seat..... Needs to be more active in coming GDs.

Monica - He was not at all active. She was just listening otehrs's statements and didnt have any new point to talk on the given topic. She also blamed govt for all. She needs to be broad and active in d future.

Vivek – He gave some very good suggestions like
“We could also have a micro-level court at Panchayatis, also we can appoint lawyers @ panchayat level and give d right to sarpanch to solve non-criminal village cases mutually.”
He also shown the reason to blame govt for this....lack of number of lawyers, high courts and district courts in India.
Though he had good and strong points to talk on, he was not much active in the GD. he spoke less (might be because of his internet problems).... but make sure next time about ur internet connection and keep participating in next GDs...so u can put lively statements one by one actively.

So overall, pun_not_intended, Chella and Vivek gave a tough fight...... but Chella was extra-ordinary among them.

So winner is - CHELLA GOVINDARAJAN

congrats !!!

Review on GD conducted on 25th October, 2008.............

TOPIC- RISING DOPING CASES IN THE SPORTS ARENA

Sunil - He was out of topic from starting itself. He thought doping is similar to sledging and keep on telling about sledging of Australia. So he could not make gd active.

Prachi - She gave some good points but overall she was not much active. She had some good suggestions also on implementation of rules in doping cases. She needs to be more broad. After getting "GD Partcipant of the Month Award" consecutively 2 times, we have more expectations from u. So beware and produce some strong points in d future GDs.

Chella - He also provided good points. He was active much but can't move gd further. You all was more revolving on cricket. The topic was altogether sports arena not just cricket. Chella gave good suggestion about if one member of the team gets positive in drugs, then all team should be disqualified. But there r many doubts and questions over the implementation of this suggestion. But there was no strong support to his this statement. He is also active OnlineGD member and expectations from u also are more.

Vivek - Vivek put points at right time and was enough broad in putting statements. He also needs to be still more specific and broad. Topic should not be gone out of the topic. But overall he was good in all departments. There was a close competition between Chella & Vivek. He won d race against Chella.

So overall fine GD but it wud be better if there were more participants. Because of less participants, most of the points were repetitive. So Vivek gets 10 points and Chella, Prachi n Sunil gets 5 points in this GD.

:cr-02902:

wil be ther for next GD... Thnx for reviews..
Dude how many GDs over for this month calculation.. including the doping topic.. can u mention the topics tht are taken for this month??

REVIEW ON GD CONDCUTED ON 5TH NOV 2008.............

Chella Govindarajan - He was most active out of all participants and gave good answers and suggestions step by step throughout the GD. He clarified all questions and points, also was strong and broad in putting statements. He was clear and perfect. His conclusion also was far better. He is damn improving a lot.

Monica Sahu - She was not active in the GD. She was keep on making statements in one liners. In GD, u have to be broad and perfect. She was just putting points by agree/disagree to others' points. She didn't have any new point as such.

Vivek - He has shown his good skills in putting statements at right time in the GD in the past. But in this GD, he was not much active enough. He put 1 important point in GD as how indisciple can be classified in "Very Severe, Severe and the Mischives"..... and he concluded also well. His conclusion was much stronger than other partcipants' conclusions. But he was lag behind in putting more statements.

Kedar Naik - He had good point to talk on but could not elaborate much as GD progresses. He was the only partcipant who was of the opinion that "management is responsible for framing the rules and regulation of discipline in students. so studensta nd teachers should not be blamed." Only blaming management here is not a solution. But overall, he was far better than Monica. He needs more practice and keep on participating in coming GDs

Overall, the GD was not healthy as such but it was fine GD. As there were only 4 participants, flow of GD was perfect. But sometimes, points were repeating. Chella won it quite comfortably.

Review on GD conducted on 11th November, 2008...

TOPIC - Whether women should be recruited in army or not

Almost all the Participants are repeating same kind of statements for women but there was not a good flow step-by-step. But still GD was better. Overall GD was one-sided. And participants getting some problem while putting more and more statements.

Vivek (vcg45) - Vivek was good but he was neither broad nor he had much content in putting statements in GD. He started well, but got wayward somewhere and can't move GD further at next level. He put good points also. It means he has the quality but he spoke very less....

Hot_dude - His performance in the GD was ok kind of. He also at the level of Vivek in this GD. He can't explain his points to others in better way. There were some repetitive points and he couldn't give strong points.

Visharl Arjun - He was better and improved from last GD. He put very satisfactory and important points. He has the content, quality and also he was clear while putting statements. He gave some examples to move GD further and concluded also well.

Chella - He started well and concluded also with excellent points. That's important point in the GD. He gave some facts and was fully active in the GD. He put some strong points and ask queries to others also in the GD. He gave qualitative statements and was broad & clear too. Keep on dude.

Jinal - She was not much active in the GD. She was just a good listener. She tried to add some examples but she spoke very less and that could not make her clear. She concluded well but...She needs to be more active participant in the future. She will learn few things about GD as she keep on participating in near future.

So Winner is - CHELLA GOVINDARAJAN

We will try to give more debatable topic in the coming days. All the best for next GD............

its been 7 days since the case study was had.. still the proceedings and reviews are pending.. very sad.. :SugarwareZ-064:

Atleast expecting the proceedings at the earliest..

Here is a review on that gd................

Overall, a nice small discussion on the case........ but u need to be aware of more facts in forthcoming gds and case studies as how organisation and society has impact of any kind of thing in the world.......... So keep practicing and take part in coming GDs.............

Gaurav (techyjack) had good facts and was overall good in the gd but was repeating points again n again.

Anshum started well but gone in between..... so spoke less........ needs to be more active........

Jinal (mini3966) was not that much active though she pointed out one good suggestion to solve problem in the organisation in the given case.......

hot_dude7373 was good in making statements and properly mix up with others in the gd.... but he spoke very less........

Ajmal started and disappeared .... didnt have much points to talk on.......

Chella (rcgrvrr) once again proved his credentials and was active as wel as on the point. He put right kinds of statements, suggestions, facts ..... and also concluded well enough.........

Keep on.........

So winner is CHELLA GOVINDARAJAN

thnx for the transcripts and review.. hope that the GDs and Case study wil continue further on.. :SugarwareZ-290:

Review on last GD............

Ruchi - I think this was her first GD but never looked like..... She was exceptionally well put her points in very good manner. She also had some facts and examples too. But spoke less. She needs to be better in putting right kind of statements at right time and making others to take part in GD actively.

Nishant - He was not much active in the GD. He just supporting Ruchi n Chella but he didnt have any new point to talk on.

Chella - He was once again superb. He was active as well as precise & correct too. He was broad also in putting statements. He was a better listener among 3 and was replying wisely to others. He concluded also well.

It's a curent topic. There were many points to talk on. Overall GD was fine but we r looking for healthy gds in coming days...

WINNER - Chella Govindarajan

Review on last GD

Danish - He gave some good points but was not much active in the GD. Some points were repititive.

Nishant - He brought in front Army's points where rules are must. But he spoke very less. Mostly he put 1 liners points. In the GD, u should make statements in broad manner. Keep partcipating.

Puneet - He was the only partcipant who was against others. He tried his best in putting good points but he did not have much strong points to justify his opinions. Keep on.......

Chella - He was once again somewhat better than others. Puneet gave a good fight to him. He put some examples and helathy points to prove his points in the gd.

WINNER - Chella Govindarajan

Chella- He was ok kind of today as compared to his recent performances in gds. He was going more personal with Gaurav and not talking with others. Group discussion is all about making all intact with the topic by conversing to others very effeciently and effectively. He was keep o nasking some questions rather than actually discussing in the GD.

Sameer - He was not much active. Still needs improvisation in the quality and content.

Siddharth - He was just putting valuable statements one by one but not actually discussing with others. GD is all about discussion not just putting statements.

Sonal - She hardly put just 2 statements in the gd and points also were not effective.

Gaurav Dasgupta - He has very good points and he presented thema lsow ell from the very beginning of gd. He didnt get support from others for a healthy gd. He put some very good examples and suggestions also. He was better than others. All the best....

WINNER - Gaurav Dasgupta

Overall, GD was very poor and you all needs to improve in content, quality as well as quantity. Also from the midway of discussion, gd was turning at wrong topic like from "BRIBERY IN BUSINESS" to "BRIBERY IN ARMY, ETC".

Hope next time we will have better gds with good response. And please dont behave like a fish market from now on.

I am giving warning to some partcipants as they are still breaking the rules of OnlineGD regulations. Yoy have to go with rules and then only u should participate in gd.

All the best. Thanks.
