i will give 3/5

apart from bolly wood hollywood movie avatar is one of the best movie ever its special effects are unique and concept is very differect
its really a good adventutous movie

so..... 5/5

i dont know wat happened to bolly wood films........ none of the new ones are worth watching....... i wonder ... where has the talent has gone....

The film industry is changing, directors are trying to come with new stories and different concept. its good to see that. Thought there are still some directors who r making stupid comedy movies and wasting people's money. Public have been selective and looking for fresh movies. Its good to see movies like 3 idiots, Karthik calling karthik, Paa etc

Amir khan was good, but felt the movie lacked both direction or purpose. I was confused weather to focus on romance btween Mangal pandey and hira, or to look on the inspirational part of the revolt of 1857.....Also the holi song before the revot????? There should have been some inspirational and motivatrional song...the one which was there in the movie Lagaan...."Baar bar ha bolo yaar haaan, apni jeet ho unki haar, koi hamse jeet na pave chale chalo, mit jave jo tkrave, chale chalo...

But anyways the movie was average, could have been better with proper sequence of events and songs..

i think robot lol....

When a film is so over-the-top and the situations are so exaggerated, I tend to look for the spoof in it; the underlying comment; the cynicism. And of course, left to imagination, it ain't too difficult to find it either. But, Khichdi is so crass, that even when I laughed, I felt yucky inside. It's not the toilet-humor kind of crass. It's absolutely (hopefully-miles-away-from-reality) insensitive crass.

I guess, it's their way of saying nothing is worth taking seriously - neither deaths and funerals nor weddings; and certainly not respect for the older generation let alone each human. And while they are at it, as is in vogue these days, a potshot at the media and the education system too. As if darker the joke, harder were the writers laughing at how seriously we treat the issue in real life.

I totally agree with Manish, a movie mocking present educational system is the need of the time. it is the time that we should go according to our interest rather than someone forcing us to study.
Karan Johar should stop movies. solely imagining an ideal world in which only he and Shahrukh exists.
