I dont believe that GD will help in choosing a right candidate,as if a job seeker having enough potential he will get selected in interview, than why to waste HR people time to have extra GD round, instead just increasing in interview rounds will help, GD dont make any sense in campus placement

Technicaly strong people in GD should have to think and tell the strong points in pro/against of the topic of GD since selectors used to catch the spark marely whinning around all the time throug-out GD will marely help some one.
