I think Gd should not be made a part of Campus Placement because it can eventually lead to exclusion of strong candidate on the basis of only communication knowledge..

GD helps to understand the clarity of thoughts, thinking process and the knowledge a person has. Since campus placements are for freshers, its one of the best ways of selecting the right candidates...
