Should GD be Part of Campus Placements????

Its the part of the interview but generally company take the GD when there are large number of applicants and they want to reduce the number. Of course they try to judge your communication skills and how you put up your idea and knowledge (basically the content) in that 3 or 5 mins.
 
I think Gd is the important part for campus placement..it explains the individuals views, nowledge and creative ideas.
 
I think GD should be there! it shouldn't be considered as an very imp criteria just as a way of knowing a person!! because people who aren't outspoken are then left behind!!
 
GD is definetly a waste of time....as d loudest mouth wins......d first one to talk wins d game....talkin before u think ...is d name of d game....
 
Definitely GD should be the part of placements. Well, if i am not wrong there are many colleges which include Gd too. GD helps in identifying students capability. GD helps you to groom more. GD has numerous benefits and it will ease campus placement selection.
 
Yes it is essential and should be a part of the campus placement. GD can determine different kinds of skills of a candidate likes communication skill, leadership, patience, listening, motivational skills. It also helps to examine how good a candidate can presents his/her views and thoughts.
