Do women make better employees?

yea that has been proved in education also
we do have better results
did u guyz check this time 12th board results
madhura chaudari is the topper
n about bussiness i just read a ariticle in TOI
sayin that " MORE DARING Asian women entreprenure top in wealth creation"
and the best example would be Kalpana Morparia, joint managing director ICICI Bnak

Hi pooja,
i can give u many names of the male counterparts likewise, but do u think, just be giving names, the topic gets justified... Do u have any concrete viewpoint to establish ur say? What do women possess that makes them a better employee than men?
 
well.. this discussion seems pointless.. it is not the gender but certain other qualitative factors which decides who is a better employee and who is not.. qualification, personality, dedication, experience and certain other personal factors are the criteria for deciding the efficiency of an employee.. we are not talking about work which involves physical labour because in those jobs obviously men would fare better as they are phsically much stronger than women.. but in office based jobs, both men and women are at par..to say one is better than the other would be a totally biased opinion.
 
women are any day better in multi tasking then men. moreover, they bring along an attitude of caring and sharing along with them. they can be more effective in media, communications, entertainment, customer relationship management and hospitality industry.
 
well i dont think there is a need to compare work with gender,,,
each one has their styles of performing in pressure situations and both have proven themselves in their respective fields.
As 1 of my frnds gave a few examples of females,, let me givea few examples of males who have gained expertise in their respective fields...

Mr. Vijay Mallya , Mr. Naresh Goyal , Mr. Prannoy Roy , Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai.....to name a few....
 
To keep it extremely short and sweet, i think its the person's work ethic and dedication that makes him/her a better employee and i feel gender has nothing to do with it!

yes they are Good employees. I feel that they are important employees also. I cannot imagine a workplace without Women. They make the atmosphere healthy. Which indirectly affects the working atmosphere and thus i feel that they are better employees.
