Praveen - He had started well but disappeared in between. Might be some internet issues. He needs to participate regularly to make improvisation.

Prachi (fun_wonder88 ) - She participated after a long gap but was full on points. But she was more on college brands, and not taking into consideration whole. Other products brands' examples should have been given. But she was reasonably well. Conclusion needs to be more strong.

Gaurav (techyjack) - He was well enough. Put very good points like money, affordability, various examples, etc. His opinions somewhere were not proved right. he should take care of it. Needs to be more active to crack GD.

Chella (rcgrvrr) - He was once again superb but not the best. His points agreed and right, upto d facts and figures. But somewhere he lagged behind Danish. He stated 1 good point dat, if quality of d product increases, market value of company also increases. His conclusion was the strong one.

Danish (hot_dude) - He proved his calibre again. He started with some brands examples like NMIMS institute, maggies noodles, etc.... as how they have impact on individual. He preferably putting d examples one by one and made the gd flow in proper way. He got good support from others too. But was in hurry each time. Good performance Danish.

Feedback for last GD..............

Praveen - He was fine. His performance was of average. Not so good. He put some suggestions to do for the govt to enter modernization in India. But he needs to be more active in future.

Biswajit - He was active but was repeating points. He tried to tell "how South Africa have quota system and certain % reserved for black people there"... He also kept on telling about how we can make India into a developed nation... His conclusion was weak though.

Aditi - She put good examples like Chandrayaan, nuclear deal to support modernization. But she put 1 arguable statement that "westernization has both positive & negative aspects but modernization has only positive side".... Thats nt exactly right miss aditi. Both have its pros and cons. We cant neglect it. Bt it was her 1st gd dats why a good attempt.

Chella - He started with a good statement about meanings of both westernization and modernization. He put good points to make India grow in the future. He pointed out some causes and suggestions for it also like poverty should be eradicated by self-employment, buying of Indian goods should increase, reduce nepotism, bribery, social practices, etc..... His conclusion was healthy one also. He was perfectly alright today. Just some sort of balance is required in time management.

Danish - He was once again very good in putting his points and examples. But he spoke less as compared to Chella. After getting used to many GDs, he should now look for quality too. Content was well put up by him. Especially the points like "If we implement the excellent technology, then we don't need to import and exports will rise" , latest gadgets, Chinese products, metro trains, etc.........

WINNER - Chella Govindarajan.....

After losing last 2 GDs by mere small margin, he is back with a bang..... Keep on..........
 
Overall, GD was ok kind of and some points were repeating again and again.......... Content was less so u guyz should take care of it in coming GDs.............

Visharl Arjun - He was good. He put many points but there needs to be more quality. He gave some suggestions also to prove his points. Concluded well. Keep on.....

Aditi Khosla - She has improved a bit from d last gd experience but she spoke very less among the 4. Needs to be more active. Keep participating to gain more experience........

Lokesh Gupta - He put 2 very good points but was not active much in the gd. Keep taking part in the gd...

Danish Lakdawala - He once again was on top in this gd. He made the gd's flow in a proper way. He kept on discussing with others on crucial points rather than repeating them. He gave good contribution to the gd. But still it is not his best shot. He can deliver much more than this. Hope...in next gd only.... His conclusion was healthy...

TOPIC - Role of ethics in tobacco industry, liquor industry etc


Techy Jack started well; Had couple of good points but I was expecting more from you. Talk a little more please. This is not enough to crack the GD.

Anshul : Is this your first GD? U came in late then u started giving one liners and said all we can do is create awareness. Government in many states has banned tobacco so isn’t that an alternative. Refrain from making such statements and giving one liners.

chella govindarajan He put various good points but again did same mistake…. I know everyone thinks you are good and blah, but to me you are an individual player. Read the transcripts again and see what points you are making. I have told you before also and I tell u again. Every person there is to discuss, if you make one point which is not with the group, I can understand, but almost all your points are not much related to what others r saying. Please improve on this aspect. More are the expectations from the 2 times “GD winner of the month”. CET Gd’s aren’t tough to crack. But moderators most of d times don’t care.

Hot Dude: GOOD points.. good issues raised…..I like the way u started. But please don’t use ‘I pointed out’. The panel there notices points and it notices you. Don’t be judgmental, who are you to judge on whether they are ethical or not?? Are you aware of their marketing practices? Just for your knowledge, some liquor companies are extremely ethical in a lot of ways. So please don’t be judgmental, it may harm you in some way like for example the panel sitting there may be a consumer and your being judgmental may irk him, so stay clear of all that. Other than quite good performance. He was better than others and concluded well also.

So Danish is adjudged as “WINNER” for tonight’s GD.
