What changes would u like in our education system?

Rather than reserving seats on the basis of cast, Government should give reservation on the basis of economic condition of the student and his / her family. If possible, Government should provide free education to the aspiring students or take very less charges from poor students. A good job is also required after education. If a person see himself in a comfortable postion after his study, it will motivate him and he will study hard. If you compare Government schools of India with any of the developed country, you will find that there is a difference in basic mind setup of the teacher. One main reason of this kind of mind setup is corruption. As all these are interlinked, a step should be taken ASAP to remove corruption, provinding free education to poor children, and providing job oppertunity.

I would like to see uniqueness in Indian Educational System.
1. State Boards should be abolished and there must be a single Central board so that when the children complete their school and entre professional courses, they all stay in the same knowledge grid. How much the student can grasp from there shall completely depend on them.
2. As far as the role of teachers are concerned, there must be some psychologist in the school who can counsel the students and solve their issues. I am mentioning this aspect because today I read a news where a 11 year old girl committed suicide. This may be the problem of parents who failed to follow up the activities of their child but, I would like to blame the school administration also. Every educational institution must conduct some required classes in Psychology to boost up the morale of the students and encourage them to speak up their problems.
