women do make better employees at places & situations which offer them to exploit their natural skills like HR and certain fields of marketing.
But to generalise this thing & saying "women make better employees" cannot be justified at all.
Moreover, I firmly believe in the theory of invisible hand, that there is something that automatically make things appropriate according to the application, sooner or later.
