Do women make better employees?

Hi

I think women do not make better employees from a corporate point of view, in the global context.

Women are averse to stressful and risk-taking scenario by disposition.

They also count less on the emotional quotient than males.

I dont think I agree with you on the EQ part of women (being less than men). Most women I know at work have a higher degree of EQ than men
 
yes woman do make good employes
but is this comparion neccesary

don't thinks that women are batter then to men because a man has more working days in his life but women have different other problem due this men can make more achivement in life.
 
Women make better employees in those area who demand care,patient,flexible working hour,less of physical labour etc.
 
I should say sorry for my comment above I writes really bad.
Actually women and men both are part of world and due to both hard works organization gets their goals. Women are good in organizing and managing.
Men are good in technical and complicated matters.
 
yes women do are better employees.today that ceiling hav been brokrn in organisations and women emerge to be a competent well enough with the man
 
well you cant say who's better...it depeneds upon person to person...in 1 case a women can do better than a thing n in something else it could ve vice versa..
 
Women can also be a good employee. This has nothing to do with gender. This is related to interest. Anyone who has profound interest to work will be a better employee.
 
of course not. individuals are far too different from each other.. what males can do can be done by women and what women can do can be done by men. we all have the capabilities to do whatever an individual can possibly do. of course, this is in terms of work. :SugarwareZ-162:
 
Yes no doubt dat in modern times both men n women r equal.......n r measured in da same scale...............but

i really n greatly agree with LORETTAP.......................................... some people may nt accept the truth though they know it.......are nw women r proving themselves in every field - besides managing at home, they also try to give equal attention to their work......whatever they do ,they do it wid full devotion..........- they r trying dier level best to prove thir potential
Its also evident from our day-to-day life dat in every sphere of life women r being dominated- b it at home/society/in professional life......but still NO ONE CAN PREVENT THE SUN FROM SHINNING BRIGHT ......THE CLOUDS HAS TO DISAPPEAR SOMEDAY......amidst all difficulties they come out smiling
Its true n we know dat how fairly a women is treated in India right from her childhood- she has to abide by the most typical rules n customs n traditions of the society- which the men doesnt hav to follow-.....still she manages to make her successful n establish in societyso HATS OFF TO THE INDIAN WOMEN ...........
