first of all donot double post and plz give a brief description of ur project
ok as far as ur projects go u need to mention and start with our export import industry as a whole withfigure u can refer indian bop for dat
den u could include description of all the ports in india
den i feel u shud select 1 port and den try to visit it or any prsn who is c&f agent and collect info abt procedure and activities at that port

i think u shud divide the work force according to there birth dates i mean 200-2008 will be one grp den 1990-2000 will be one like dat take of 3 decades and den compare them on the type of wrk done and they way dey used to do wrk
eg the laes generation does wrk with help of pc and all even govt employees so it make there wrk easier the others etc etc
