Yahoo Messenger GD Proceedings...

Hi all.....

Feedback for the gd on à Will India need a Dictatorship - Democratic rule

Sandhya again a positive point.. as she started the gd..
To tell you dictatorship is not something like making an agreement or a joint venture for a certain time period, it’s a total takeover & then the consequences which occurs after it as known to most of the people…. & India is such a nation, that if someone tries to impose something on them.. they wont easily accept it.. its not a local tax.. which is being imposed & people don’t come to know about it…
For the women entrepreneurship you talked off, I think you need to refer notes on the same & get updates about it from the site..

Nancyz_4_u u have tried to give some points.. but they are not up to the mark.. u need to stress on your points.. you might be having something in mind…. Do come out with same.. but in long sentences.. if u just say ‘I agree’ yes & these kinds of things.. that wont suffice, you need to come out properly & bring out your views to give the best & then you would be in the other rounds…..
I would suggest you again to read more & interact more with different people.. this would be better.. if you want any more tips, just let me know.. would definetly put in something.. also would suggest you to refer all the different things being put up at the gd section for your benefits…

Onkar you did not have much of inputs.. you need to read more & give more detailed points.. these kind of small answers wont be helpful..
I would suggest you to read more & more & be aware of the current happenings.. also just go through the gd section for more guidelines posted in there…..

Shrijit this time you had good points & have come in constant ways.. it would be great if you continue the same way.. also try to give in more examples & give small descriptions of your answers, as that would attract more of people towards you & people would listen to you..

Pravin just one entry… were you there for the gd???

Vikas.. again the same thing.. you got points.. but you don’t come in picture for more time.. try to come more & you would definitely get through

Kartik you had some relevant points.. but the entry level was very low.. which does not get in much concentration from the panel side.. its just for time being.. which would not take you to the upper side.. would recommend you to come in more times & people understand & make your way…

I think gd went just fine..

Gd went against sandhya… she tried to convince everyone, but she was alone that’s why she could get through, but she has patience & that would make her go to the other round.. but only problem was people were against her & she was left alone…

This time Shrijit only clears.. rest all the people have to look.. if place remains others might be considered.. (I have given feedback for sandhya, she may or may not be selected, depending on what is the panel looking at)

But people could have come out with points like … the latest scene of students against the reservation quota.. as it can take place only in a democratic country & people can raise their voice in a democratic nation, which cannot be in a dictatorship.

There are also various other freedom which a person can enjoy in democracy & not in dictatorship… so it would all depend on a person for the same..

Its true that there are riots & other cruel things happening, but government is truly trying to reduce the same to a great extent.. (there are corrupt officers, but not all are corrupt)

The example of Mahatma Gandhi, which lasted for a long time is really speaking not a proper one.. as he was not given the authority, but he was a freedom fighter & people believed hi,.. that’s the reason people followed him.. he had something in his savings, which made people listen to him… (Take the best example of Himmesh Reshamiya… why are people dancing at his tunes??)

{{Shrijit.. sorry for the printing mistake.. but its being rectified... tanq for beinging it to my attention..}}

Now that we've got Nick giving us such wonderful assessments, I believe it's time for me to join in again.

Next GD, count me in.
:aj:

next job, nick!! now this is what i always expected... detailed feedback counting everybody and very motivating, at the same time... i'm sure, with such a kind of response, i'll see a lot better enthusiasm in ppl, the next time!

Hiya

Firstly Nicks an awesome feedback...n a sincere thanx for putting in so much efforts for d individual feedback. Really appreciate it :high5:

Secondly....I wud sincerely (plzzzzzzz) request all the GD participants to not give their points in one-liners or one words...2 reasons for that

- what happens is that there are few people who try to type small paras. But when they are just about to click on SEND, they notice that the GD has changed to some other topic because of these one liners & the link is difficult to establish

Also a GD is a discussion, where all participants also listen to d other participants (in this case Read). But one liners never allow that.

a sincere request from me

Cheers!!

Hi shrijit,
this is the exact thing i asked nikhil, once when he was handling the GD sessions... but the problem is that many newbies do not take heed in the beginnning and it is only after 2-3 sessions, they understand the correct approach. Anyway, will try to ensure smoother running of the sessions.

Hi all...

Thanks to everybody for their appreciation & love they have shown by their messages to me...

I know Gaurav.. that you had told me to give individual feedbacks.. but people were relectant for the same.. (as I had told you the same)

But now when people are accepting it, I would love to give them more & more such feedbacks...

It would be my pleasure to give more ideas for ya all & also if anyone wants more of it.. just let me know.. would try to increase it as much as possible..

Also, Gaurav.. time is the biggest problem in my life.. so have to consider too many things.. so that also affects the same to some extent.. so do consider the same...

Once again.. thanks to one & all.......

PS. AJ... If you coming....I would also involve you in the assessment.. & be prepaed to get neagtives from me.. ( special gift for ya.. )

The Willing Who Want It Legalised

well undoubtly this was a great session...and hye shrijit lucky one haan..."isi ko kehte hain...Moke pe Chokka marna"

GD feedback for à Should prostitution be legalised

Just would say that human wants are unlimited & they are never satisfied.. so if a husband is not satisfied with wife, he will surely go to prostitute.. may it be legalized or not.. why is there so much of high divorce rate now a days??

People only talked about aids taking place.. isn’t the govt. trying to spread information for the same..?? also govt.. has taken various measures to cure it.. they are trying to discover medicines for the same..

If it is legalized… govt. would surely try to form some or the other rules or regulations for the same.. already they are taking out ways to avoid aids in the society

There was no talks regarding female condoms being introduced..

Amar You went in fine.. but why were you sticking only to aids & govt.. Also you sounded a bit negative to everyone’s views.. try to listen to everyone & don’t direct fire to anyone… relate it indirectly.. as my friend

Pravin you were only sticking to the economic part & husbands lust.. there are other things to see in too..

Shrijit You defended yourself in a proper manner.. but if you could have bought in some more good ideas.. that would have been great for you..

Tanuj was it really carried out in ancient times for culture?? I really don’t know… please provide with some proof if u have… rest all your points were fine.. you could have also come out with some ways.. then it would be better for you..

Deepak you were only taking someone else points & making it bigger or going against some people.. try to bring in more of your own points.. stop giving one liners.. give more details…

Amit you spoke for employment.. you could have diverted the topic to women entrepreneurship… that would have been beneficial for you..

Kartik you are right that there is no guarantee for reduction in aids rate & so on… but add more to it man… you could have also bought in women entrepreneurship or women development in rural areas… this time you had good number of entries

Vineet good points overall.. also try to bring in more good points of own.. the classification not properly justified buddy…

Shiladitya don’t compare material & body.. body is your own part.. you sell yourself for job.. but not for something else.. so the relation was not proper..

Vineet, Shirjit, Kartik clear……

Tanuj was it really carried out in ancient times for culture?? I really don’t know… please provide with some proof if u have… rest all your points were fine.. you could have also come out with some ways.. then it would be better for you..

Interesting topic and from the feedback I feel that the gd was gr8.

Lookin fwd to read this gd when i get time.

Just FYI..

Prostitution was a good source of income in the olden days..

There were special places for prostitution and the king used to tax ( kind of entertainment tax ) .

Even in the ancient civilization, you find temples with carvings of sexual positions .

The reason behind it is that during those days, sex was considered a prayer to god. Group sex was also an essential part of the prayer.

Instances of sex as a prayer can also be read in the Da Vinci Code ( if you have read it properly )

So... Although I havent read the gd document.. what I feel is if such points are raised and supported with undisputable arguments.. you have a good chance to impress everyone.
