hey guys hiii...

i got kt in sem 6. n m doin clsses for cet ritenw. i really wanted to do mba. infact i wanted to mk ma career in hr. i want to do specialization in training and devlopment. currently m totally blank n very much in confusion abt ma career. hv many questions in mind. i dont like finance. i thnk its nt ma cup of tea. should i do the mba or shuld look frwrd for sum othr line. if yes can nyone suggest me whch line vl b suitable for me. can i get sum better job with this qualification. m very much depressed wid ma result n need a right guidence for ma future. plzz guys is thr nyone who can help me out.. plz guide me on this matter.

Seems you already know what you want to do. Getting a KT isnt really a hindrance. I know someone who got a KT in bcom in 2 subjects. He was financially challenged. He took up a job as sales executive in a company. Performed really well as sales executive and was made team leader. Cleared his KT even after though worked full time. All this while he kept saving money. Cracked MBA while still doing his job as team leader . Saved enough to pay for his MBA and now is working with Reckitt group as a marketing manager.

So for you clear your KT, take up a job if you want to. Focus on entrance exam and crack it. Secure a seat in some good bschool and pursue your HR dreams.

hiii guys just
dont worry there is another option afetr graduation for which even you do not appear for cet .
the option is take a break for 2 years and do the job and then apply for masters in uk which would take only one year. there is only one test which you need to give is toufel .i.e is just and english testing test .

after BMS job is must for practical experience instead of following the herd and stright go for MBA

thnx for ur rpl kartik.. bt after clearing kt can i do mba?? coz for mba they want minimum 45% marks n ma kt markshit wont show marks in %. i wont get any class or % on ma certificate it vl only stated tht m pass. in tht case can i do mba. with ths qualification dnt u thnik it vl b difficult for me to secure admission in good b-school..

obv in renowned universities & with a decent fee structure....

BMS(Bachelor of management studies) in india is good,but not more bright as BBA, BBA is the basic degree for getting good opportunities in MBA.as your interest in mba then i'll suggest to do your bachelor degree as BBA.as you have asked B.com is the study more about accountance,and study about the financial strategies in marketing.here are colleges for bachelor in management studies-
*St.xaviers college,Mumbai
*Tolani college commerce,Mumbai
*Bhawani education society,Kolkata
*Amity university,Delhi

we should do some event management course diploma or even gniit course alongside bms that after bms the burden is less and fresher can get jobs easily
 
If you wish to take admission the colleges which provide better education in MBA and which can study and this are corresponding courses.
