<h2>Weak Managers Are the Villains of Management</h2>

Managers are an inevitable part of an organization. His unique and out of the blue perception skills are not the only thing that makes him different, his persona, attitude and a leadership quality is what makes him a great manager. Dedication, hard work, and determination are the key ingredients of a great manager. His presence in an organization adds value to the brand. Managers are the elixir and gem of an organization because of their ability to turn the table upside down. Organizations are fortunate to have impeccable managers, but there are managers whose skills are feeble and his understanding is very limited which makes them the biggest villain of the organization.
The Feeble or weak managers would not be able to handle the crisis situation efficiently and always end up making wrong decisions. A feeble manager is known for their immature skills and their blemished methods in building a team. Managers do not run with the problem, but weak managers have only one solution to their problem, run away with it and display their dastard attitude.
They fail in building an efficient and effective team, who work together productively to achieve a common endeavor. Feeble managers do not possess any leadership qualities and fail to pull their team during difficult and strenuous times. They are dabbled in negativity and kills positive vibe among employees. His attitude acts as a mirror which reflects that they cannot win the game and transform impossible into possible.
