Thesis: Corruption in China?

Hi Guys..

I'm having some difficulties..
I'm at Iast year of Management studies.. final thesis is coming.. and i have two months to write about interesting subject..

I'm moving to China for 6 moths.. and i will start life there..
so i was thinking about writing about this topic in my thesis.

"Recruitment process by using relationship (connections) in contrast to real qualifications of candidates in Chinese companies"

What do you think?

I thought about writing questionnaire and send them to Chinese companies, what are dealing with European companies.. as quantitative research method.
then go to local Chinese people in UK city, who have working in China and here to ask about subject based on interview as qualitative research method..
I think they are confident, because they are successful in UK, so they can speak about China confidentially...

so.. what's your reflections about that?

HI Manjov.

firstly i would congratulate you for choosing such an interesting topic for research.

the topic will not bring out insights about the recruitment corruption in china but can also be generalized because recruitment using personal contacts happens all over the globe especially in Asia and developing countries where there is surplus population and job offers less
