Under the YMFG Second Medium-Term Management Plan, the three bank brands-Yamaguchi Bank, Momiji Bank and Kitakyushu Bank-worked to smoothly provide financial functions to match the characteristics of their regions 2. It began providing overseas business support services for customers expanding their overseas businesses through alliances with Bank Negara Indonesia, TMB Bank (Thailand) and the State Bank of India 3. Business profits from core operations increased mainly due to a gain on transfer in line with the securitization of loans 4.
