1- ShadowAir Observer:
The ShadowAir Observer comes equipped with a dual-sensor, belly-mounted, stabilized camera system that is easily removed for mounting on other fleet aircraft. Observer can be equipped with microwave, Wi-Fi, or SatCom links. Observer is ideal for those budget-conscious airborne law enforcement agencies and news media networks seeking to cut expenses or replace an aging aircraft fleet.
2- ShadowAir Talon:
The ShadowAir Talon is a "Dual-Mode" aircraft system capable of manned or Optionally-Pilot Vehicle (OPV) & Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) flight.Talon comes equipped with hard points that can carry two 60Kg loads. Talon is equipped with state-of-the-art sensor packages designed to meet all mission requirements. It is the platform of choice for clients who require persistent situational awareness for maritime and border patrolling or military missions.
The HAVOC System:
HAVOC is a turnkey system comprised of three ShadowAir Talon UAVs and one Ground Control Station (GCS). HAVOC is designed to meet the need for persistent situational awareness along a border, above an ocean or overhead a battlefield. HAVOC can be upgraded for conducting conventional or asymmetrical threat interdiction missions.
The GCS can be upgraded to withstand repeated assaults from RPGs, LAAWS rockets, C4 Plastic Explosives, 50 pounds of military-grade TNT and .50 caliber armor-piercing rounds.
The WAASS Technology (Wide Area Aerial Surveillance Systems):
We offer special WAASS (Wide Area Aerial Surveillance System) cameras for each base airframe: the S10-VT and S6-RT.
WAASS coverage area: Single Band EO Day-time Operations = 25 square miles for tracking people and 36 square miles for tracking vehicles. Dual-Band EO/MWIR Night-time Operations = 4 square miles coverage.
WAASS pixel resolution: Day-time = 192 megapixel, 1 image per second, orthorectifed and time-stamped recording for real-time and forensic analysis. Dual-Band Day & Night Operations = 16-64 megapixel MWIR and 88 megapixel EO Visible (Monochrome) resolution.
Level 1 overnight analysis provides complete subject tracking info. Level II analysis (1-3 days) determines subject's contacts and provides tracking information regarding all parties concerned. Level III Network Analysis (1 Week) provides complete tracking information regarding the subject and all associates recorded during the entire time period of the aerial surveillance coverage.

CAPABILITY
Each "Dual-Mode" aircraft can be flown in either manned or unmanned mode (UAS), providing an ultra high performance platform that is highly effective, safer and more cost effective. Crews can fly a manned mission, land, and then fly the same aircraft in unmanned mode (UAS) from a Ground Control Station (GCS). One very unique feature of the aircraft is the capability to be disassembled, transported via ISO container, and then be rapidly assembled at destination. This modular concept allows damaged major components to be quickly and easily replaced in the field. Covert missions are safely made in engine-off glider mode since our 5 second engine restart capability and optional electric backup propulsion system provide ample safety margins for silent glider operations. Our EPV (Electric Propulsion Vehicle) platform provides extreme stealth and performance while producing no carbon emissions and a very low thermal signature. Currently in development, EPV platforms will be available for purchase Q2 of 2012.
STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE
We use a real-time computer vision system that automatically detects and tracks moving targets below our platforms, analyses the high definition imagery and alerts operators to small and oftentimes undetected moving targets. Our Talon platform is ideal for surveillance in mountainous and urban locations, able to detect and track objects that remain unseen by the human eye.
Our terrain surveillance software enables sensors to detect and track moving targets on the ground below our platforms. We can maintain wide area surveillance due to a unique ability to detect and track very small, slow-moving objects from considerable distances below our platforms. Our solution enables operators to detect and track these objects even in well-camouflaged mountainous or dense urban locations.

GROUND CONTROL
The heart of Cooperative Flight is the Virtual Pilot. It is a computer that performs the airborne tasks required for complex tactical flight. The Virtual Pilot allows one operator to control up to 12 unmanned aircraft and 20 additional sensors or ground control stations. This capability is a significant advantage over traditional existing unmanned systems which require one pilot to fly each individual aircraft.
In essence, the operator functions as a mission commander, while the Virtual Pilot ?ies the aircraft and continuously performs routine ?ight tasks. The software frees the operator to focus on higher priority mission objectives such as mission changes and multi-sensor and weapons management.

MOBILE COMMAND
Utilizing the best of operational mission systems, a squadron of up to 12 Talons can be controlled by one pilot operator. When missions are run from inside another aircraft, the tactical options become limitless.
One possible scenario might include sensitive payload being delivered inside a large transport plane. Havoc Systems can be used to provide a realtime, high definition risk map of the flight path over land, sea, and air. Programming the flight path of several Talons to silently collect information before, during, and postflight will minimize risk of land and sea based attack and undesirable monitoring. Communication and Tracking Countermeasures can be deployed on Talon craft, further hampering the ability of undesirables to gather information or affect each mission .

COMMUNICATIONS
The system allows the UAV to be operated manually by remote control or as a completely autonomous UAV. There are two separate communication links: a satellite link with bandwidth for image transmission and an RF link for flight parameter and control signal monitoring and adjustment. The links are independent of each other. The GCS receives data and alert signals from the UAV communication module. The Operator selects manual or autonomous mode. The UAV can autonomously navigate to loiter on-station. The subsystem was developed based upon a neuro-fuzzy controller that constantly evaluates inputs from on-board flight instruments and maneuvers the UAV as desired. The navigation system is integrated with the machine vision system and executes predefined maneuvers triggered by situational parameters. Integration of the navigation and communication module allows the ground crew to assert control of the flight at any time. Flights can be autonomous or semi-autonomous as dictated by mission requirements.

MOBILE COMMAND
Utilizing the best of operational mission systems, a squadron of up to 12 Talons can be controlled by one pilot operator. When missions are run from inside another aircraft, the tactical options become limitless.
One possible scenario might include sensitive payload being delivered inside a large transport plane. Havoc Systems can be used to provide a realtime, high definition risk map of the flight path over land, sea, and air. Programming the flight path of several Talons to silently collect information before, during, and postflight will minimize risk of land and sea based attack and undesirable monitoring. Communication and Tracking Countermeasures can be deployed on Talon craft, further hampering the ability of undesirables to gather information or affect each mission .

COMMUNICATIONS
The system allows the UAV to be operated manually by remote control or as a completely autonomous UAV. There are two separate communication links: a satellite link with bandwidth for image transmission and an RF link for flight parameter and control signal monitoring and adjustment. The links are independent of each other. The GCS receives data and alert signals from the UAV communication module. The Operator selects manual or autonomous mode. The UAV can autonomously navigate to loiter on-station. The subsystem was developed based upon a neuro-fuzzy controller that constantly evaluates inputs from on-board flight instruments and maneuvers the UAV as desired. The navigation system is integrated with the machine vision system and executes predefined maneuvers triggered by situational parameters. Integration of the navigation and communication module allows the ground crew to assert control of the flight at any time. Flights can be autonomous or semi-autonomous as dictated by mission requirements.
