i doing my project on hr initiatives in hotel, could u pls help me in this. the initaitves incluide b'days, picnics, etc.

hmm u can take exmale of mc donals or pizza hut they have many such initiatives goto any branch they wud surely help u out
 
I want to get that LG Report by ICFAI, where they have shown what all strategies LG has used since its coming in India to market n penetrate its product range, how they began focussin on rural market n customizing TV, n product rannge to make it BIG in Rural India, which is far bigger market than urban INdia.

n i suggest, collect articles from various magazines like outlook n also from newspapers........will definitely help u in ur prjkt.
