See if these will make any sense to you.

1) How Best Employers are Managing Employee Efficiency.
2) Strategic Workforce Planning.
3) Employee engagement.
4) Training and Development.
5) Induction, Orientation and Onboarding.

It easier said than done. But, See if U can work on any one of these.

thanks for the reply....employee engagement seems to be a good topic...bt how will i get so much data...it needs to be atleast 80 pages...and also a questionnare

Yeah good that you could pick up on a topic, your teacher approved that?

We'll you can Start off by defining what exactly is employee engagement and how would it profit an organization. But ultimately a project should depend completely on Facts and Figures. And Regarding the questionnaire once you start researching on the topic you'll definitely know what will you need to extract from the people you are going to approach. Anyway the questinnaire part I suppose can wait till you kick-off with your project.

thanks u so much....bt about the questionnare...my teacher is a bit mad...she says first show the questionnare and then show the synopsis of the project.....:bigsmile:

Do you have any contacts in the company you wish to do your project in? Its always better to go through a contact, and it is also difficult to approach a company directly.
