Hello Aravind, Here is the steps related to Effectiveness of recruitment.

How to Measure the Effectiveness of Recruiting Strategies

Step 1

Create an organization chart with written job descriptions for each position. Include your current positions and those you will need in the next year.

Step 2

Set goals for your workforce management. Include goals such as improved employee retention, productivity increases, decreases in errors.

Step 3

Require all applicants to tell you how they heard of the position if they wish to be considered for the job.

Step 4

Determine whether you got all the applicants for the position you have advertise.
