NO PROPER INTERFACE..
NO PROPER WEBSITE FRAMING..
MISSING COLOR COMBINATION..
LINK PROBLEMS AND MANY MORE TO SAY

It can be a new facebook but it needs too much publicity and patience to develop the website in the eyes of people...make your website attractive and creative...

even face book took long time to compete the orkut.if it is user friendly means it will be on his way
