hello kanika i have not completed my project just started collecting information now my synposis have little alteration inspite of comparing two giants like taj and oberoi now i am just concentrating on one major gaint taj

hey kapil, when u say hotel industry, the financial analysis will be considered good when done from economic view point. that is u have 2 consider oppurtunity costing for every rupee spend, and not that only, also see to it that the whether there was a better palce toinvest the same money.

arre..... buddy....what i want to tell is that suppose Taj lands ends has gone for a major restructuring then you should think tht whether the expenditure was ever justified and see to it that if there are some other investment than you can do some research on that......

like suppose if Taj goes for a major internal restructuring......it can also see that whether the external areas needs nay beautification......that was what i wanted to convey.....

hi
i would suggest you to the history of every hotel. the amount invested to build and their growth over a period of time. see what is the turnover of the hotel and see the new branc hotel opened by them in differnt cities. and then compare with other brand hotel.

this will help you from the financial point of view.
