Today management institutes have invented innovative techniques to teach management to management students. People never get bored with games , they are ever ready to enjoy it and when it comes management being learned through games is of great joy for sure. The best game that i have come across is leader as coach, wherby the candidate is asked to view & solve the problem form a coach's pojint of view. The activity includes identifying the problem, removing perceived barriers and creating forward movement. This can help a manger to get unstuck and commit to taking action.

Well rahul the reply you have given to this post much more relates to another post. This post fairly deals with todays situation of learning being creative and innovative, in real sense i.e even management students learn through games - the various qualities that a managemnet student should develop to become an true professional.
