IS Facebook popular because of games?

That's absolutely true.Facebook is only popular because of game.as visitors get to play good animated games.

I prefer Orkut for social networking,and facebook for only playing games.So for me both are equally important,and popular.

Facebook is popular not only because of the games but also the fact that it is too public .. You get notification about each activity done by your friend ..
 
Facebook for me is a brilliant way to keep in touch with my friends and family all around the world.. the games are a personal choice. its an option availablt to everyone, I just choose not to use it!
 
I don't think it is popular because of games, I think it is the useful photo uploading application and also the networks feature so universities and colleges and business can all connect
 
it is said that facebook is very popular than other socializing site..the only reason for that is due to wide range of gaming..and also it is very easy to use it...whereas in twitter r in orkut...its very difficult,as in ur profile is seen by anyone...even though u not a friend of that person......................

In Marketing itself Facebook has been the leader because no user on Facebook ever gets to know who had visited that user profile, wherein on Orkut the name of recent visitors is displayed on that particular user profile.
