Bradley Pharmaceuticals was a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Fairfield Township, Essex County, New Jersey. The company was founded in 1985 by Daniel Glassman who was also its CEO.
The company marketed to niche physician specialties in the U.S. and 38 international markets. Bradley Pharmaceuticals comprised Doak Dermatologics, specialized in therapies for dermatology and podiatry; Kenwood Therapeutics, providing gastroenterology, OB/GYN and other internal medicine brands; and A. Aarons, which markets authorized generic versions of Doak and Kenwood therapies.
Selection policy
The selection policy of the company involves many things and it affects the members of the HR group and the applicants themselves. Those members of the HR group who will select the admirable applicants would have to know the rules of the organization and they need to be trained to select the personnel well. The members of the HR group should consider the needs of the company and what kind of person will fit the company’s culture and tradition. The members of the HR group should be free from any bias or discrimination towards the applicants. The hr group needs to be fair and unpartisan in choosing the applicants that have good credentials. The members of the HR group are always reminded about the importance of records during the selection process. The members of the HR group are trained in dealing with various demands the applicant has. Members of the HR group of the company used situational examples in the interview so that they can test how all of the applicants would respond to a specific situation. The situational questions can be described as something that happens almost everyday. Most of the applicants gave a favorable answer to the questions of the members of the company’s HR group.

• Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
• Cash checks for customers
• Compute and record totals of transactions.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to custom
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Requirements:
• B.com or M.com degree
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
• Ability to process information/merchandise through register system
• Ability to communicate with associates and customers
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
Timing:
• Form 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m from Monday to Thursday whilst lunch break is of one hour i.e. 1.00pm to 2.00 p.m.
• Friday timings include break fro lunch and prayers from 1.00 pm. To 3.00 p.m
• Timing for Saturday are from 9.300 am to 2.00 pm without break
• Sunday is designated as your official day off work
