help required on stress management

I am doing the 100 marks project on stress management.I am thinking of finidng out the impact of stress on every field and the remedial measures for it.I would be obliged if you could help me.

hi kiran nice topic 4 stress mgmt u should refer to psycology books there u will get a good theorey on stress mgmt also dont 4 get to mention how to get rid out of stress with the use of YOGA

in this project u can mention abt the great impt given 2 stress magt in big companies as it really effects the efficiency of the company....and many companies also conduct yoga camps and counselling sessions for their employees to deal wth stress as it really effects the efficiency of one's firm......

and u can also get helps from various phsycology books...

hey kiran raj, you sound too stressed out on your topic as you have got to know that you will have collect an exhaustive amount of data ...but dont worry...an 'O' on your report card will wipe all the Stress....just deam of it...


any ways about your project i must that i just read about an ineressting case........in Stephen Robbins book......and also this case was asked in 2005 HRM paper....this an serve as an effective note in your project.......
