HardWorking or Smart working?

every has lotof work to do so little time for that.........to finish of your work and still have time for other activities can be achieved through smart work only

I dont fully agree wid dis as I believe u need to do hard work to learn smart work. Smart work is nothing but shortcuts to get something and i believe that doing shortcuts u can never achieve success.
 
we find people toiling the whole day with no productive result and some prople work smart and aceive the desired results in less than required time. these are the smart workers for they know the best methods to work and do not follow evrything blindly

I think both (Hardwork & Smartwork) are necessary.In field of management u must have the traits of convencing,satisfying as well as able to achieve the objectives.It require both Smartwork as well as Hardwork.
 
smart work is short cut to success... hard work is the longest route but is filled with knowledge and slow success. But success is guranteed. when people do smart work they tend to get over smart at times so land in a mess.
But there is no doubt in the fact that most smart people are successful.
 
From my personal experience I can assure everyone that hard-workers are not necessarily the guys who go up the ladder. Its usually people who channelize their work, who bring their contributions to prominence and who make others recoganize their work - in essence, smart workers- who reach the top. Im not discounting hard work, its necessary. But anyone who thinks that 'I just have to slog like a donkey for my manager to give me the best appraisal' , is just kidding themselves.
 
Smart Work or Hard Work... as the Principal Partner of my Company.. we encourage our employees to work Smartly... working Hard is not an Option!!

See, for an x work to get done, a certain amount of time, effort and brain power needs to be put in... but the quantifiable amount of these variables is subjective person-to-person.

Therefore, we have to work Hard to achieve results, but if we work "SMART" we can do the same work better & faster.
 
yes i too agree with combination of smart hard work but i think smart working style is more important otherwise do you there is any difference between a mba student and a construction site worker who can just use there physical strength to earn? smart workers use mind instead of body which is more important in todays competition.
 
i feel in this generation .. where everyone wants easy sucess.. and want more returns 4rm less effort i guess smart work appeals to all!
 
I would say working hard, but smartly to achieve higher targets - not just going around the same problems repeatedly for days, re-inventing the wheel every time, but work hard - to get more challenges, and smart too - to solve/ come over ALL of them.
 
Hey!

I believe Hard work and Smart work go hand in hand.

U must do hard work but as well should be smart to handle things properly.

U must prioritise ur commitments and give 100% to the work.

For this, being smart is important.

But if i have to vote between hard and smart work. I will go for Hard Work.
