HardWorking or Smart working?

Nice topic..

In my Opinion both were relative,and it depends on the time,,In the competitive world people with smart work wins a lot,smart work itself includes hard work,as it is hard to do smart work....

For Ex If our higher official assigsn a task,which need to put a lot of hard work,but if you think smarter,you can easily achieve that..

so,in my opinion both goes hand - by hand,and it's the time which tells what best to do.

I believe you cannot walk away from hard working. But only hard working doesn't pay that much. You will have to convert it into smart working. In one line "Do the hard working initially and convert it to smart working in long term."

many ppl say- i prefer smart work than hard work....whts ur say guys...

HArd working has always been there all these years.. Those who worked hard bore the fruits...

But in these times where the need and the wants are exeeding the requirements, there is a continous drive to excel ...

Therefore, now-a-days, people would prefer to work smartly rather than work hard...

1.Hard work is the conventional way of performing a task which includes both physical as well as mental strain

2.Smart work is the work which is finished on time with less resources used but with a lot of creative thinking behind. It includes the love towards a job

Hard Work never fails. The more harder u work the more luck u get. Requires lot of physical activity

Smart Work sometimes fails. Requires lot of mental activity.

But in another case the more harder u work the more smart one can become.

I definetely gonna support the Smart working guys, b'coz they are having a clear picture of their aims and objectives and they also know how to achieve their goals. They, first make a plan of what is to be done, and work upon their strategy made. Achieving goals also require hard work for them.
On the other hand, in most of the cases, Hard working guys seem to work hard without knowing about the short-cuts and the consequences of their hard-work. Only doing hard work and hard work is like a WILD GOOSE CHASE, and nothing else. Percentage of Success is very less in this case.
So, I am in favour of Smart working guys, b'coz, if u have to survive in the modern world, and if u have to compete in the modern competent environment, then surely, u have to be smart and fast.
