There are many other factors as well. Smart Working means we also leave for home on time and spend time pursuing other things other than a life-style. We gotta live a life.

i belive in smart working then hard working, because hard working is just we are lossing our time and spending most of them on our regular work so we need to do a smart working where we can gain advance over others and complete the job at given time period and spend the rest of them on other thing .
so smart working is better then hard working.

I think you should work smartly, so that you can save yourself from working hard
 
I. too, think that smart workers are usually hard workers. Unless you define hard work as doing more work than necessary to complete a task. Smart workers find the most efficient and effective way to complete a task, thus allowing them to complete more tasks.
 
In the current scenario i wud definitly go with smart working, but on the flipside smartness cannot be gained without a tinge of hardwork, as smartness is not always inherited.

our ancestors said you should do hard work taking for granted if are a manager u r basically supposed to be smart
but the managers of recent times have reached such an height of foolishness that the term requires a mention!!!!!!!
 
hard work or smart work , the bottom line is that the work must be done. in the corporate world the only concerned is with the result and how do u deliver it. in the beginning of the career if an incumbent is indulging in smart work it would be difficult fr him to succeed in the long run..........this are my own views any contradictions are always welcome
 
I also agree that it has 2 b a combo of boh b'cos 2 do smart work u need 2 do hard work 2 decide on how 2 do it.
 
well i think in this recession, we have to be both, we have to be hardworking as well as smart working, its time we show what skill we have & the efficiency to complete that work... so its efficacy & efficiency that has to work hand in hand...
