HardWorking or Smart working?

Today is a work of smartwork. Although hard work is necessary but its only the hardwork which will help you in reaching the higher positions...
 
i think ur rt,i agree with smart working.i mean even if ur not workin tat hard,one must always work smartly.tat actualy makes the work much easier and saves a lot of time.watsay!

In this time of global recession,all smart working people should channelize their potential and should smartly work hard!!!!!
 
To expose our hard work is smart work, so it s necessary to show our leads that we are hard workers to get the benefits
 
I pref only hardworking cos in smart work u dont learn much but u learn a lot thru hardwork, smart work wil b there only for a period of time bt hardwork wil b there forever.......

I think hard work should to done to achieve smart work.
Once u expertise in achieving Smart working technics Ur hard work is fruitfull.
See even a donkey do Hard work but doesnot achieve anything(respect etc).
But Along with Smart work Like Dhiru Bhai Ambani u achieve goals with respect and within the time bondary(your life span).
 
i truly agree wid u on dis 1 kanika... der r ppl who think dey r very smart n can achieve nythin widout workin hard 4 it(guess i'm 1 of dem)... n den dere r dose who jus work hard but still cannot get da results... i guess u gotta strike da rite balance...
 
i dont think todays need in the corporate is hardworking..... they just need things to done in the innovation ways that can be possiable only through smart working.....i sport for the smart working is most need in present crisis......
 
Hard work and smart work are the two things that are equally required because most of the times you find that it is based on how much time u have if u are good at managing time u very well know the answer.
it's not always abt hardwork or smartwork, if u have enough time basically u would go for hardwork if u dont u have to go for smart work. so, u need both skills equally.
 
smart working is more needed because it reduces the hard work required for the job to be performed as they both are two side of a coin

i think it has to be a right concoction of smart and hard work.Ex in US election campaign had obama not worked smartly in identifying and zeroing in on strategies to woo prospective voters he wouldnt be where he is.At the same time the task of executing his strategies he had to work day and night alongwith his panel of experts.
So,the idea is to work-and it has to b a concoction of both!
