HardWorking or Smart working?

U knw guys...wht i feel is this..

many people think smart work is superior to hard work...bt i think smart work is INCLUSIVE of hard work..bein smart means doing th work in maximum possible efficient way in least time..(N OF COURSE PRODUCTIVE!!!!)...

neways...u cant do hard work all th time..nor can u be smart at all times...its relative..

As far as i am concerned work is worship. You cannot any shortcuts to be successfull. i am in second sem of MBA and what i have learnt in MBA do only smart work here karma theory of Bhagavat gita is not applicable(no offence)... Only smart work will gain u success in the competitive MBA course.

the most imp. resource which is available in MBA is time. we all are running out of time and not able to meet deadlines properly. so by adopting smart work philosphy we shud eliminate the unneeded efforts for less imp. work. all job and task should be rearrange in Priority basis.

since its existence it has been a debatable Question

but definately today no has time to wait for the outcome of hard work may b there can b other person who will probably take ur place.

so definately its the genration of working smartly and actively.

and if one can do that he is going to succed in life .
so on a concluding part one can say that 70% smartwork+30%hardwork will lead u to ur goals

If you work for what you believe, its not hard work! You will consider it hard work when it becomes an obligation. If one enjoys his job, thats smart work :)

Both go together...you have to work hard on your resources to get the smart work. eg. Students many a times submit reports downloaded for Managementparadise and many other sites. this is smart work( they believe). But they have to work hard in finding that correct websites and projects..this is hard work..

Hard work builds character. A lot of people use the term "working smart" as an excuse for lazy work. Working hard is the only way for one to learn what "working smart" really means. I'm serious. I've seen too many people avoid hard work. They think delegating the hard work shows good management skills.

i really believe that hard or smart working is a same thing and it is completely a personal perception to distinguish or define it.In todays goal oriented job, finally its the client or the customer satisfaction which is given more importance..If employee is smartand confident he will choose the smart way, if he is a novice he will take the second

well......what i think is it all depends on situations. As a fresher hard work is necessary to move up in the ladder!!! later on smart work will be fine!!!!

I don't clearly understand the exact diff b/wn smart work and hard work.If a person is able to finish the work on/in time and at the same time doing it effectively is smart work. But hard work also means the same. The deciding factor could be how much stress the work gives on the individual. If it burdens him so much it may be called as a Hard work and if the person hasn't felt much duress then we may call it a smart work.

Its always better to be smartworking. It helps you grow up in ur carrer. I have seen smartworking fellows grow up and hardworking always stay where they have started.

A good manager is always smartworking

i think a combination of both (hard work+smart work) would make u win in such cutthroat competitive world..according to me smart work would be delegating the responsibility to sub-ordinates for that u need excellent networking skills,HR quantities etc..

Hello frnds......smart work or hardwork !!!!!!!
I believe to succeed in ur efforts one needs to b a hardworker as well as smart enough to make his/her work get noticed. Working out only with hardwork would b jst like ploughing ur efforts bt working them out smartly would lend the required direction to them !
So i would hv a say that both hardwork n smart work go hand in hand for a fruitful career.

Corporations-MNCs & TNCs having business operations beyond their national frontiers and on account of their cash flows being large and in multi currencies get into foreign exchange exposures. With a view to take advantage of the exchange rate movements in their favor they either delay covering

As the exchange controls have been loosened, in India also some of the big corporates are booking and canceling forward contracts and at times the same borders on speculative activity.
