I guess Out of HR and marketing i would defnitely chose marketing as it holds good scopes to me as compared to HR but the choice depnds upon the person's expretise
I would choose marketing if only this 2 choices available. There will be more research and case study involve when doing marketing. Just my point of view.
I would give preference on the basis of role at organization and type of organization.
Here comes, if it is more customer service and employee development then would prefer HR and, if it is more profit oriented and high sales promotional then definately needs Marketing as preference.
As per my preference none is my choice as i would prefer Finance to handle cost management.
it all depnds upon what your are good at?...if you have passion for the people, then HR is the right choice because HR is all about growing the people in the organization. but if you are extrovert with good communication skill then you can go for marketing...
i would go for HR ....i like moving along and growing people....
my choice would always remain as HR as it i san on-going function as marketing and finance ar ealways going to see their ups and downs in bad economic times HR is going to be constant.
it depends on the interest of an individual. but marketing n innovation r the two basic function that gives a company success n keeps ahead of competition.
according to me any field is not better than other........ If one is good in marketing then that field is good for him...so we cant say that marketing is better than HR ....... and if given a choice il go for HR becoz i hv intrest in it.........
