FUNCTIONS OF SEBI
According to SEBI Act, 1992, the main functions of SEBI are:

Registration of Foreign Institutional Investors.
Registering and regulating the working of Venture Capital Funds, Mutual
Funds and other collective investment schemes including plantation schemes.
