Do women make better employees?

Hey,

Well gender should have no impact on an employees performance, people should be measured on their work and not their gender. Especially in this day and ages where equal rights are meant to be given to all people reguardless of age, gender or race.
 
Anybody who want sucees first deserve then secondly desire .............so it's depend on the performannce n capabilities not on gender..................
 
It is not the gender, it is the capability to innovate ideas and implement the same for the betterment... It can be Man or Woman

not necessarily. personally i feel there aint no diff betwen men and women. i think this discrimination is causing all these issues. both should be trated alike.

I don't think you are correct... firstly gender don't have any role in this regard as it's not only the women's aptitude for multitasking and handling people, but you can find out number of men also who can do this thing more efficiently....
So as per my thought it is not a matter of being a men or women but it is the matter of thinking and the approach taken by the person....

Women do as better employees and they will evolve much beyond men

Take it by genetics:

Men has XY chromosomes and women have XX chromosome.... now Mendel's checkerboard says that the dominant pure traits does prevail much.... so there are much chances for sustainment of XX rather than XY

Does that mean women are getting into pure traits now??
if yes, then why dont we see the change?

ans: the change is very slow as it is in genes... but later as years passes by, this will happen.....

Look at society around.... why is it so that development of women is faster then men....


I have seen in it during my post graduation also. My college director Hina Shah is very dynamic lady and is one of the renowned active NGO director for social welfare and she has created more than 10,00,000 entrepreneurs worldwide....(yes you read the figures correctly):argue:

hun, i dont believe in the fight WHO MAKES BETTER managers.
i believe in right person for the right job. and this applies in all the fields.
just like MEN make better cooks, and women make better interior decorators.
all have some fixed task to perform in life, the task they are good at.

so to me there's no concept like who make good managers.

Lolz ...Anyways ...Its nothing about being ahead as a gender , Its about gender based qualities , which woman have developed over the years and the perception changing along with time.

If you were to take employees in a startup of your any venture... then whom would you take.... or it can be of any gender??:fish:

If you have confusion then plot yourself as an entrepreneur....where you are investing lacs of your rupees and you have to employ people initially..... would you take only males if you find all of them good for job?? or then you would also look for females to fill the job.... be genuine !! :D
