well you have got experience in Marketing field and my friend you are interested in Finance and Programming which sounds really interesting. OK friend if want to go for further studies according to your liking then you can think for going for MBA or MMS in finance or opt for any finance related degree.
and if you are thinking for pursuing your higher studies in the field in which you have acquired experience in then you can surely opt for MBA in Marketing field and as u having 2yrs experience in marketing field it prove helpful to you.
