No matter how good communication system in an organisation,unfortunately barriers can do aur often occur, this may be occur due to the various reason like PHYSICAL barrier it take place due to the nature of enviorment for example outdated equipment or staff shortage are another factor which cause difficulties in communication, poor lightining or enviorment which is too hot aur cold can effect people's morale and concentration which effect communication among the staff.
