The Allahabad High Court on Monday ordered the demolition of a number of real estate projects launched by major builders including Supertech, Amrapali, and Jagat Taran. This decision has come as a shock for myriads of builders and flat buyers, but the decision has been formulated that it should be demolished as soon as possible. The petition was filled by Jan Kalyan trust demanding the removal of these constructions.

The petition says that these constructions were done on land belonging to village societies, ponds, grazing land and cremation grounds. The greater Noida is sprawling its wings like fire and it is considered to be the growing cities in the midst of world class amenities and infrastructure.

High court has ordered the Gautam Buddh Nagar district administration to demolish the construction done in 2000 square meters area in Patwadi village, 35,000 sq meters in Tuglaqpur village and 6000 sq meters land in Itaihara village.
