100 marks project on cash management

hey friends,
im supposed to make a project on cash management services of standard chartered bank

please please help me out on the subject its a 100 marks project and im supposed to submit this project by the end of this sem only

so i require urgent help plz plz guys help me out

for those unaware of cash management services they r cash management, or treasury management, is a marketing term for certain services offered primarily to larger business customers. It may be used to describe all bank accounts (such as checking accounts) provided to businesses of a certain size, but it is more often used to describe specific services such as cash concentration, zero balance accounting, and automated clearing house facilities. Sometimes, private bank customers are given cash management services.

can anyone tell me on how im supposed to go thru wid the project

well u can start of by:
1.intoducing cash management
2.services offered under cash management
3.how efficiently the above services work
4.web based services are used or no
5.finally the conclusion, what should be done to enhance these services to customers.

m also attaching few files for ur reference..........

First put in all the components involved :

• Profitable Deployment of Surplus Funds

• Cash Forecasting

• Liquidity Analysis

• Optimum Utilisation of Operating Cash

Depends a lot on the nature of indusry, level of Governmental control and other factors..don't blindly go on copying other projects..could be a disaster...cash managementb may differ in scope from company to company..indusry to industry..time to time..in short highly dynamic..
\another point depends a lot on aptitude of the cash manager...really useful tool for a knowledgeable manager...destructive for an novice...
