Say, in the sense that you wud truly Love to being Him/Her. Lead that persons life. And not someone whom u admire the most or are inspired by.

Oh i really don't understand Oprah Winfrey fans. Could you give us some background except for that she gives amazing gifts to people who audience her shows.
 
My role model is LN Mittal bcoz he has taken a lot many risky business decisions and proven himself to be correct, although all industry experts had predicted otherwise.
 
my role model is KARTIK RAICHURA, yes the ceo of managementparadise.com.I must say if you talk 2 him, you'll really be impressed.He is excellent at words and a gr8 team leader.He has gr8 leadership skills and motivates us, appreciates our work, gives us ideas and suggestions as and when required......He really understands ppl well and deals wid dem accordingly....He'z a gr8 human being, dedicated to work, intelligent, smart, empathetic to ppl, helpful,...lot more to say...in a nutshell..hez an an all rounder and sum1 i wud like to b like!!
 
my role model is Lord Krishana......
i consider him as the best manager of all time....
b'coz he never consider any single theory.. he always analyze the situation and according to it took decision..
he believes in 'KARMA' theory...
that is give your best never look abt result.b'coz that is not in your hand.
he has charismatic personality and which is timebound..
he gave the best mgt book " shri bhagwad Geeta"

I doubt this, actually i asked someone u wud like to be, to emulate someone, in general most ppl wont opt for anything but being themselves even if they r given next birth or say life.

Plz review , m sure u just dont wanna b like u r senior. Thee r many good ppl.
