You shall not revile God, or curse a leader of your people
Some questions are quite common and almost asked several times and even you must have confronted with the same question once in your lifetime for sure. "Are You Born a Leader or can You Become One?" If anyone asks me the above question I would get confused as in whether I am a born leader or a made leader? Or am I a leader?
Some are surely born with inherited talent and qualities skills & qualities and character which make a strong leader. They are honest and tactful in handling contingencies. Leaders are realistic character. Their tenure as a leader stops immediately upon discovery of their crimes. Leaders possess compassion towards their work and follow the pre decided plans. A person cannot be a leader if all his energy and focus are on him and his needs and desires. They have to be wise enough to know when he is ignorant about an issue and intelligent enough to intensely set about learning the issue. A person must be born with the qualities of becoming a leader. Although there are many well-educated and motivated people who lack the knowledge of how to lead others. So they don’t assume leadership positions, or if they do, they don’t do very well in them. They and others too, assume that these individuals just weren’t born to be leaders. But conclusively that effectiveness as a leader depends less on some innate trait you are born with, and much more on specific principles that anyone can follow.
