A very interesting topic and an even interesting discussion by Shrinivas and Alisha...
While it was only the 2 of them who had a lot to say in the GD, it was nonetheless quite informative...
Although all decisions are taken from the brain, off lately it has been observed that Heart also plays a very vital role... Traditionally (read: in the days of SIN - Sir Isaac Newton), IQ was the only thing that mattered more than any other type of quotient... But in today's corporate world... Emotional Quotient too plays (if not equal important) a unique role.
In a nutshell, Brain functions because Heart pumps blood to the brain... Whereas, Heart pumps blood, because Brain tells it to. Without a proper synchronization both will stop functioning....
NB: Would it be possible to club the responses by the same participant together... it sometimes becomes difficult to read and relate to who is saying what... i mean would it be possible to club all the responses by Shrinivas together.. if that is not too much to ask for...
