The new list to be published in the May 11 annual Time 100 issue is the pick of the magazine's editors and may not be confused with the popular choice in TIME.com's online poll.

ACCORDING TO ME, the person is LEONARDO da VINCI.
he with his excellence in all the fields of art, science, mechanics and all proved to be the top of the list of geniuses even born.
i will give him rank 1, before EINSTEIN, NEWTOn, and all others.
some facts to prove his IRON:-\
1) he way back in 15th century dissected huan body and found the reason for arteriosclorosis, which modern science was not able to discover untill 20th centuary
2) he discovered numerous war weapons and all which were no match in that cenctuary.
3) he laid the basic concept for a parachute.
4) he deviced mechanism which can aid us to remain under water.
