working lady vs housewife

Working mother now days have many options to balance there work and personnel life.
Working mother scores above the housewife in a point that she can guide her children with the latest developments in the world which she comes across daily. Kids of a working women are much more independent and they are able to face the world with lot of confidence.

But last but not the least a working lady shoulders a big responsibility in our society to see that she is a good housewife and good mother.
 
every women knows how to strike a balance between her home n job...as a mother she won't compromise her child needs n wil sacrifice everything...i think d society must stop arguing on this....

and for all those who think dat ia working women cant b a good mother den all d fathers r not at all good bcoz dey all r always working men...

plz stop d discrimination in ur minds...only den it wil get manifested in ur actions
 
V cannot say who will make a better mother of d 2. There r many examples where both haVE raised their childrens in d right way.

So v should not compare between d these 2. There r other factors like peers which play a very critical role in d upbringing.
 
i would prefer the working lady bcoz they are mostly learned n in turn wud educate my kinds and make my life easy n interesting unlike the latter . but that is just my view we all have our own views
 
Any women can be a good mother..and it can be good and bad a mother is a mother she cant be good or bad be it working or housewife

both... a mother is a mother...

for a working mother.. the child should be made to understand the self actualization needs of the mother... and then she is just on....
 
well, its clear dat a mother is a mother whthr working r housewife.....

but, in my opinion i dont think a working mother vl hv time to look up their children and fullfill the responsblitis of family.....

da diff btwn father n mother in a family is, a mother is more responsble 2 children dan a father is....

so, working mother means like putting legs on two boats....

medically also a women is deficit in calcium levels and stress levels r high...

i prefer houswives than working mother bcoz a women should satisfy first family needs...

at first a housewife n later, when the kids are a bit older, a working lady......would make a good mother.....
 
i think its each to its own you cannot just the whole lot in the same manner both can turn out to be gr8 moms coz working or housewife all a child needs is care,love n good upbringing which i think every mother tries to give.
 
We say that mother is the best manager in our management studies and ofcourse working ladies are working as managers in the companies.....but always mother is the best at home
 
In todays IT era, everyone is working irrespective of sex, age, Distance, Work burden, etc...
When Womens are also working in a family, there comes some problems like they needs someone to take care of their kids, the childrens are not getting Proper attention from their Parents, they are missing the parental care upto a most.
