Workers getting Importance/Protection from Management as well as the LAW

It was hard times when workers used to get injured from the heavy machineries sometimes permanent disablement. But today if we think of such a scenario it’s just impossible, all care is taken of workers why? Because of the workers compensation act or so! The enactment of such act has brought about evolution in the lives of workers Once an injury occurred, a prototypical fight ensued. If the company owner and the employee could not come to any terms, the employee was left with one option: sue their employer. Although works compensation being complex, the controversy over workplace accident still lies complex. To be sure, workers compensation solved a very large problem. Without our workers compensation system, we would be a very unproductive economy…with the exception of lawyers who would be very busy. The solution to problems of works may sound simple but it involves immense complications as far as both the parties are concerned the management and the union. In US the framework evolved in 1911, goal being providing appropriate medical care and treatment also ensuring that the whole work place is not affected with that accident. Well this was called a "no fault" solution, and it systematically structured how workplace injuries were handled. Now Workers Compensation Act being good or bad is a perception and everyone has an individual opinion for the same, some agree whereas some disagree. At the end in India it can be proved that the govt takes care of every dam thing that pops up as a barrier and there are acts and laws either to prevent or protect the concerned.
