hii, word of mouth is generally used in marketing for e.g-if i hv seen any movie say ROCK ON !!!!! n i m telling to u dat movie is awsme now u r telling to ur frnds dat movie is gud..so my news is spreadind one to one....so now u r also gng to movie by listening to me....so its a kind of marketing for a movie...it can hve a pros n cons also...
