who is responsible for eve TEASING: Boys or Girlzz???

Whats ur say on this who do u thing is responsible for Eve teasing...

If u say boyzz... i would like to add my opinion that

All boys are not the same.Few boys who are illitrate and low class are mostly doing this kind of activities.

Are girlz not responsible for the same????
I mean Girl motivate the boys with there body language and sometimes there clothes do play the role to motivate boys..

All the time not boys are reponible but few times girls are also responsible. I think our
Goverment should take strict action against. this kind of people.

I agree with what ramanand says.
Boys do flirt but only to a certain extent but if the girls are not comfortable we don't misbehave....
Also nida has rightly stated that Government should take action against those who do such acts - be it anyone responsible - girls or boys
 
Both are same but sometimes girls become overposesive and doubtful, they think a lot of things which are not so required
 
We can find eve teasing wherever men and women are present, either it may be workplace, educational institutes, entertainment halls, shopping malls, bus stands, and many other social places.
 
There are many reasons for boys to seek for eve teasing, they are:

  • Illiteracy and carelessness
  • Students exaggeration in front of friends
  • Personal grudges and individual relations with the women
  • Psychological problem
  • Sexually exaggerated nature
  • To have fun and embarrass women
The ways which women possess that provokes the men for tease them are:

  • Modern dressing
  • Giving much lenience
  • Fun mindedness
  • Personal relationships
  • Intentional attitude to get comments from men
  • Behaviour
 
Middle-aged men seek more pleasure in passing indecent remarks. Old men make their prey even to small school going girls while Rich young brats do not even hesitate in offering money to a respectable girl. This is what our so-called educated men do. In spite of their well brought up background they harasses, teases girls on roads like street urchins.
 
Eve teasing, well, irony is that we discuss such topic openly but when there is need to fight back to stop such heinous crime we don't care unless and until it happens with us. Eve teasing do not require passing certificate, even the educated boys and uneducated are responsible.But, girls too are responsible because, you take the candle in you handle with slogans like all men are weird and rapist but that's not true and when someone try to harass you why don't you fight back, why you keep mourn. We know that sometimes it becomes difficult but unless and until you don't take your stand then you too are responsible. Its time that girls and boys, women and men, uncle and aunty all stand up together to stop this.
 
I think both are responsible for this kind of activities. Girl's dressing style, frankly behavior, open relationship with boys are responsible. Moreover boys who are uneducated and belongs to bad background, boys with dirty minds and thinking.
 
i think the narrow mentality of people who doesn't know how to treat others...this kind of string happens only by narrow minded people who are lacking from literacy....their illiteracy creates such kind of incident....they are only responsible behind all that.......that's my regard....
