why do u think fb will still exist and face the competition wherein the fact is if there competitors coming up with new and exciting new features along with ones already existing with others people tend to change and make a different choice dont they???

With 75+ million users n still growing like a mammoth,I dont think new services like google+ will a give a fight to facebook.In Social networks segment Google always looses.Orkut,Google buzz,Google wave never had success then how can u expect google+ will get success.
