What is your ANGER MANAGEMENT TACTICS ?

What you do to control yourself specially at times when you know there is just one thing you can do and thats NOTHING but keeping mum ..........

Staying mum may not help in extreme situations..
u really need to calm down or let out ur anger in some other form like dance..
 
I keep reminding myself to be silent! It is just more of controlling yourself, reminding yourself that you have to be silent and do not lose control of the situation.
 
In my opinion, anger has some reason behind it. As opposed to many people I am not hostile to anger anymore.

When do you feel angry? When someone helps you? When you help someone? When someone does a good job? (then it will be jealousy if you have any emotions at all!)

So, whenever and wherever you feel angry there's a reason behind it. So, it needs to be expressed to correct the situation. However, you should consider the mistakes of innocents like kids, and so on.
