there are people who sit at home and watch tv and simply say
'kya hoga is desh ka!'...
60-70% of them would be non-voters...simply saying that wont be helpful..
theey do not contribute towards the election & selection of the government then they should not be given the right to say anything!
Voting should be made compulsory as it will not only make people aware about the political happenings in the country but also will start the process of making this country a better place to live!!!
